Problem with my premium account

Hi there,
I got a problem my premium account has been disabled. I did cancel my subscription for next term, but i paid in May and i should still have access.
Can i get some help please ?

Unfortunately, my account still not back to premium. I did try to log off and sign in to reload but no changes....

problem is your name is now tault_starfix check the faq about this
