Problems With Membership

Alright I made this account and i bought the Membership. Now It says I am a basic user and i was suppose to get something in my e-mail and never did. I have the msg saying i payed for this. My week is soon to be up and i would like to see what the site has to offer but I cant do that. Plz help.
