I purchased the premium membership the other day, but it is still not showing up under my subscriptions. I paid via credit card (not paypal) and it has been billed already. I PM'd taunt admin but still have not head anything back. If someone could fix this it would be great.

by creditcard you used verisign. please PM tault_admin the information once again because he has to double check if it the transaction went through. then he will upgrade you manually. verisign never has a automatic upgrade by how their system interacts with ours

i have had the same problem i payed via paypal and did get premium member access for a few days but nowi cant get access and it only shows free basic membership in my subscriptions. pls help

please pm tault_admin your transaction ID and what e-mail you paid from to have this fixed asap

i have sent my details to admin but still no fix

if you sent another pm after i asked the question it should be less than 24 hours until its fixed. if you havnt please pm him again. occasionally ta will miss a pm and not reply or do anything to him due to the multitude of pm's he gets a day
