I bought an Premium account but it say i still have the free membership.. wut do i do??

send tault_admin a pm with your transaction id/e-mail paid from if it was from paypal or the transaction information to tault_admin if it was via verisign.

usually within 12 hours but it can take up to 72 hours depending on the conditions of the server and how busy tault_admin.

Ok i dont know if this has any effect on me not getting premuim but ill say it anyway... when i was purchasing premium it said account name and pass or w/e i put in a different screen name hoping it would create a new account when i got the payment confromation e-mail i tryed to login on the account i put premium on, but it says account is not valid or not activated... is this the reason why i dont have it??? and since i couldnt get on that account i had to complain on his one.

sorry soon after that post i went away for a bbq at a friends house, been a month so we had to catch up finally. when it is fixed you should get a pm saying its fixed. the account you listed did not exist in the database

you will, you just need to be patient. as i said wait between 12 and 72 hours to get it fixed.
