Hello, I'm new to this site, I signed up for a membership just a few days ago.

The first time the transaction fail, the 2nd time the transaction failed the 3rd time I got a success.

After looking at my bank statement today I see I was charged all 3 times...lol

I want to keep my account, but I don't want to pay 3x for the price of 1.

So can I get a refund for the other 2 transactions you guys charged me for?

we dont like to overcharge people so ofcourse we will. pm tault_admin the e-mail and the transaction id's so he can look through the logs and confirm it then refund the money when he logs in and checks his pm's

I pm'd tault_admin with all the proper info, included was a link to this thread so he can read the short story. I also included forum name, and a copy of the email that was sent to confirm transaction. Hope to hear back soon. Thx Mod!

wait a sec, it looks like they never went throught, it showed 3 as pending but they weren't there anymore, i'll wait a few days and see what comes of it. If it was fixed either by tault or my bank I do thank you guys, and sorry for any incovience! THX TAULT!
