Premium Account Refund Issues.

I have sent numerous messages via private message to the Tault Admin and Regular Administrator.
I have also placed a complaint onto this exact forum before, following all rules specified and following procedure for properly posting.
My entire thread was deleted off, and my messages not responded to.
I sent out all the messages within a 7 day period from purchasing my premium account.
I also have had no success in recieving confirmation that the refund is taking place, or will ever take place.
I purchased through my bank account, using paypal.
I will shortly be placing a fraud violation through paypal about the company my money was transfered to.
I have repeatedly attempted to get my refund, which was 100% guarentee, and if the situation does not get handled, I will involve paypal and its support against fraud into this situation.
