Paid but no premium no reply from admin pm's

hi,
ive paid for a premium, but havent been able to access for two days now, i paid via paypal, i pm'd the admin, but no reply, ive pm'd him for a refund as i dont want to be charged for a service beyond the 7 day guarantee.

I hope someone replies, as ive recieved no replies to any of my requests for premium access, a bit disappointed as this looks like a helpful site, pity bout the customer service, for something which shld be automated.

which admin did you pm though, admin doesn't do anything with the accounts, tault_admin does. when you paid using paypal did you pay with an e-check?

no echeck, straight from card payment in paypal, msgd the admin stated on the satisfaction guarantee page.

Still no reply, apart from to this reply...

When did you msg TA? it sometimes takes him a day or two to reply.

Wait a sec i did reply to you. I said in my reply it was under your other account. roonyroo and not tault_roonyroo those are 2 diff accounts :).

I also have a premium account that I cannot access. I have e-mailed payment@tault as well as admin@tault with no replies. I have waited for a few days for a response and still nothing. I had a post on the general forums that looks like was removed, but still no response. I am paying for a service that I cannot use and want to resolve this ASAP!

This issue for me has been resolved. Thanks to tault_admin for assisting me in this issue! I apologize if my remarks made anyone sound like they were not providing any customer service as this was not the case. Again, I apologize if I came across negatively, but was overall concerned that none of my attempts of contact were being addressed at the time.

Please assist I too paid and have no access. I have emailed tault admin as well as the email address on the guarantee page. I have pmed the admin as well. If there is anyone who can hhelp please do so.

have you pmed Tault_admin? Admin and Tault_admin are two different people. Tault_Admin handles all things dealing with accounts usually. Also, be sure to PM because they usually go substantially faster

I have PMed Tault_admin twice and emailed tault_admin once as well as the email on the guarantee page. I still have had no response. Anything else i can do?

a reply can take anywhere between 24 and 72 hours, tault_admin also had something happen in real life which may delay a responce another couple days. sorry for the delay but sometimes that will > a website anyday

on when Tault Admin will return? Just wondering about the status of my account still
