Really need help accessing the guids/exploits

every time i go into a guide or a exploit it wont let me into it, i have just 10mins ago purchased a premium account
here is an example of what comes up, how do i get past this?

computer_jesus dont bump old threads, please create a new one instead. You shouldnt get that if you paid. If you paid and you are getting that still send me a message asap so i may fix it.
