Admin pleas help!

Hello, I am having a problem where I changed net services and can no longer check my email that my account was issued to. I have sent an e-mail to your payment center and this issue has not been addressed for over a year. Then I check my bank records and wam tault withdraw. Ok thats fine, if i could access my account. I have all the payment information saved <paypal> and i know my old account name and e-mail it was registered under. I cant even log in to disable subscription if i wanted because for some reason my password is not working. I really hope to address this issue soon. since i just paid another years subscripton. And yes i learned never use the isp provided e-mail:P
Please help!
PS my account was created before tault became tault unleashed.
