No access recieved (help)

I just signed up for the premium services, but the site keeps telling me i need to upgrade to a premium membership. My subscription indicates I have access through 2008, but I can't access anything.

Just wait for an admin to read, you're going to have to be patient. As soon as the admin reads though, you'll be Premium
