Lost premium access

I bought Access to the premium membership in july, however my account is now free status, and my account history does not even mention formerly having premium status.
I thought that the $25 was for a years of access?

Oh, whoops my bad.
Well, tault_admin could I trade in my TU Bucks for a premium?
I remember when they were removing the TU Bucks, I asked one of the WoW mods asking if I can still trade in my TU Bucks for a premium and they said that I can.

actually, according to his profile he has 1178 tu bucks. Did you accidentally mistake his post count for his tu bucks?

I am having the same problem. I paid $24.95 on August 22 and now I cannot get into the premium features. I too thought it was a year subscription. Help, please.

Still no reply to the PM, or to this thread obviously.
I won't be playing the game for about three days because I have classes but I would still like to get the account thing fixed so that I can use the fishbot I downloaded when I first joined.
Help please?
