Tried to subscribe, refused in every way

I tried to upgrade my account multiple times, but each time fails. Even if i use the paypal service it don't work. Too bad...

So terribly sorry, just talked to my bank. They told me i'm a big nabb, and how to actually use my CC. Slightly embarrased.
