New Premium Membership problems...

I have just subscrive my Premium Membership... my PayPal account tell me the there is and order.... ok...

In my payment history there is :
Premium Membership
Cancel 02/07/2008 - PayPal or Credit Card $14.95
ok... but i can't see the page on forum of Hero online! Everytime the system redirect me to that page....
