Okay 2 days after I made this account I was unhappy with what this website had with it and did not think it was worth the 12 bucks, so I followed your 100% satisfaction guide on getting a refund.

However, 30 days latter, no refund. And for some reason I will just charged 3.95 from my paypal. even though your FAQ says you will never be charged, you pay by the year.

If if no one here can help me I will just file a gribe in the paypal fraud department.

If you didn't turn off the Premium Membership from the Premium Membership menu then you would still get billed the 3.95 a month.

It stopped being pay by the year and pay by the month so that they could afford paying the programmers for their work.

Never got your thing on the refund. You have been refunded. To cancel your account you just need to simply log into paypal and find active subscriptions. Problem fixed.
