Premium Account - not being recognized by website

Since 9/23/07 I have been a member. On 10/22/07 I have a invoice for the $14.95, and invoices for $3.95 for every month after. But for some unknown reason I cannot use the premium areas. Needless to say that is very irritating, especially when you know you havebeen paying. Please look into this issue so I can use what Im paying for, Thanks for your time and consideration regarding this serious issue.
