premium acct issues

I upgraded my account to annual Premium.
When I try to go to the premium areas, I get sent to the upgrade acct page. This page shows I have a premium acct. I have sent two PMs and two emails to support and havent had a response yet.
Please guide me toward being able to use premium services.

Odd didnt get your first one i got your second one to which you are getting a reply. None of your emails went thru either. LOL i think you sent them right when we did a server reset. Anyways no worries you should have a reply now :)

PS the error was you where under the wrong account.

bertell has premium and not bertel :)
