I have read through the forums and have noticed numerous occasions where the same problem arises - the upgrade facilitity.
I think you should look at the code and fix it so it can update simultaneously as expected.

Anyway, I am requesting that you have a look at my account and make ammendments, I have sent Admin an PM but will wait for a reply.

There ya go fixed. Sorry for the delay and it seemed to be when we did some upgrades to the server thats why it didnt automatically give you premium. Since it was on our side for the error you will be granted a free week or premium to compensate for the lost time
