I have signed up for premium membership and have not received. The reason i am posting here is because my private message will not send, it stays in my 'outbox'

i signed up for a premium membership and when i log into mmoviper and select my download it keeps asking for my username and password and ive typed it but it keeps telling me its wrong even though im logged into the site.
