Premium Membership...how???

I wanted to buy premium, since I can't access the topic I came here for. But since I don't have credit card, paypal won't complete the transaction, even though I have 20 euro there. Is there any way to buy membership without going to the bank and requesting credit card(which I'm not going to do just because of this site)?

We have it setup that users must have a cc on file with paypal for security reasons. AKA helps stop fraud. If you dont have the money or the way to join with donating you can always join for free easily.
