Get to the VIP area in Fleet without pass

Get right next to the elevator and use the ability seethe (Sith
Inquisitor) about 2 seconds after the elevator hits the floor.
Then you seethe onto the elevator and it goes up. Once seethe is
over you teleport back down though.
Not sure if it works with other abilities.
