Premium Account Not Functioning Properly

So I ordered a premium account like 8 hours ago and it hasn't worked since. I contacted the admin through e-mail and still haven't gotten a response. Was there another step I was supposed to take? Every time I try to log-in at the top with the username and password it'll keep giving me an error and say that I've input incorrect information, but I am able to log-in through the "forgotten password" section. I have even tried changing my password, still, no dice. What's going on?
