I am just wondering if there is anything going on that is making the response time for requests to take so long? I have lost time with my botting because of the sluggish response to update my MMOviper account. I do realize that people have things to do IRL, but taking a week to respond to someone is stretching it. I have waited the 72 hours in between PMs (aside from the 1st and 2nd pm's due to needing details changed) and it seems they are either getting lost or not being read at all.

It is very aggravating not getting the service that has been paid for. While I enjoy reading the out-dated posts for my game on the forums, it is not worth this hassle if I must go through it every time I wish to update my details.

If anyone could assist me, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Yes no problem. Easier solution, buy the bot directly from MMOViper and pay a little more for faster response times.

Yes, I am sort of regretting the choice to purchase the 6 month sub from here and not directly from the MMOViper web page. And more than likely will go directly to them when it comes time to renew.

as my monthly payment went out twice this month I was hoping to get a refund for that, and have the 6 month sub implemented instead.
