Help: xunleashed taskbar doesnt show up on mouse down!

Hey I used to use xunleashed for FFXi and everything worked great.
Just recently I re-installed FFXI and Xunleashed and now I can't get the taskbar to popup when I move the mouse to the bottom of the screen. I think it has something to do with the config options for Xunleashed where I set the hook1 and hook2 or maybe windowed or dialog but I can't remember. Please help, thanks.
