I've read somewhere on the forums here about Dual Processors and XUFish, But cant find Any topics about it.

Is ther problems with them and Hyperthreading?

The XUFish documentation sticky doesn't contain any information on this of course, I mean it's only the most common problem with XUFish so reading it is obviously a waste of time.

So the Best thing to do would be to disable the Hyperthreading?
or to take 1 processor out

No, the intelligent thing you would do if you read the documentation is to set process affinity to ONE cpu. Aka, uncheck three of the four affinity checkboxes.
