Macro Targetting Question

Hi, I was wondering if there is a way to target a specific named mob. Sort of an alternative macro command to "/targetnpc" when notorious monster hunting.
I'd be happy to pay for a premium membership to know what it is, but for now I'm really just looking for a yes or no answer:)

I Personally am getting tired of answering this everytime, And every single time a smart guy comes in and persists on the contrary.
