ARE THERE ANY HIGH LEVEL MAGES THAT CAN ANSWER THIS??

Well i figured maybe some high level mages out there might know some answers to these questions. ty for any answers.

1. the strat guide gives weekneses for mobs in most cases, is there a way to know what the mobs are resistant to as well, without having to experiment to see what does what kind of damage?

2. along those same lines... i have noticed in my opinion that it seems to matter what order you cast your spells in on a mob. and if you try casting the same spell over and over, it does less damage each time. i also think if you do at least one debuff it seems to help. i wonder is there a specific rule of thumb for the best orders to cast your nukes or debuffs, and does it matter if you only cast 2 or 3 spells over and over, or 4 or 5 spells over and over. obviously there are 6 elements and then drkness, and light, so you only have 6-8 basic elemental choices.on any given mob a few of these you wont want to use, because they do very littledamage. what is the most effective approach for conserving mp and doing the most damage with the mp you use?

3. ok, stacking debuffs...what stacks and what doesn't stack. it seems you wouldn't mix dia w/ bio, obviouse right? doeschoke stack with shock and frost and rasp...etc. this is typically a red mages job, but sometimes the red wont have the debuff that the blm might have, so the blm will throw maybe onne debuff as well...this i would really like to hear opinions on as well...

again, thanks for your opinions!! especially those of you who really know what they are talking about!!=) :D :)

1) The are strongest opposite to their weakness.

2) Dont know how to answer this

3) If the elements are stronger/weaker relation they will cancel each other out.
IE Dark > Light :: Light > Dark

ok...so for all of us noobs...what are opposites?
would:
fire be opposite of ice?
earth opposite of water?
those kind of make sense, but that would leave wind opposite of lightning?
is this right?

question 2 was really just, is there a wrong order in witch you could cast spells? like if you cast in a certain order does it effect the damage the spell does...
i know sometimes my spells will hit for a lot of damage, then other times...the same spell on the same type of mob does hardly any damage...
why do spells stick so much better sometimes than others?

please.....anyone??

IIRC,

fire is opposite of water
wind is opposite of earth
dark is of course opposite of light
