pls help:( my Xunleashed doesnt work

when i run my Xunleashed under windower, it doesnt work, it comes up like the pic i attached(sorry, dont know how to post a pic), and the Xunleashed menu wont pop up when i place my cursor on the bottom.... pls help me out... thanks a millions
