Delivering Flyers!

I have spent way too much time trying to deliver the 15 flyers for Regine! The only person I have left to deliver to is Adaunel in Southern San d'Oria. Can someone tell me where he is located?

A good way to find NPCs is to sub rng or bst and use widescan.
