If this is true, how easy it is to get banned using xunleashed even if you're not afk?

all the bans up to date have been done with information that you don't need to read from outside the client.

1st of all that is WOW not FFXI, second, unless you are deleting your logs on the fly, the GM can read them. note if your delete your log files FFXI gets mad.

and how do you delete your log files?

find the logs in your ffxi folder. highlight them and hit the delete button or right click them then left click the delete option

You can also make them read only files or encrpyt them, or both. Ive done this, and whenever you bring up the log off recent /tells or /shouts etc, all you see is a blank log.
