its a directx 8.1 error

i cant even get into the "PlayOnline" the directx 8.1 error 20008001 pop's up how do i fix it? i allready reinstalled the game and 8.1 but still it wont work?

directx 8.1 o_O - you should be using directx 9.0c. Get that, and it sould work.
