Hello.

I basically have a question about how to solo hard NM's.
First of all I want to say that I have been solo'ing the NM's in Dynamis-Xarca for the past few weeks in an attempt to get my Koga tekko! This has been using Avesta's tactic and involves losing a !@#$%^&* ton of exp D: (Casting a DoT, dying, rr-ing..) This is without using any tools, it would be too risky being the only person in a dynamis if you were pos-ing about, lol. It's actually pretty fun soloing it, apart from the lame drop rate and 1mil entrance fee..

Basically I was wondering if anyone has any tips on soloing/small group killing of Byakko. I'd love the Haidate, and whilst i'm in a good hnmls, we usually kill ground HNM such as aspi/fafhogg and sky isn't done alot, also my main lotting is blm, not nin. I won't get Haidates for a while. I have my own Byakko triggers - solo'd Despot using my bst and won the lot in an ulli exp party.
I was just wondering if anyone has any tips on how to approach killing Byakko in a small group. I know it'll be hard but was wondering i anyone could help.

avestar solo that for fun and accomplishment more than the drop imo. better way is for u to hold a sponsor run everything free lot except ur af2 ppl will join most likely.

im wanting to solo the dune boots nm myself. what do you think? it's so uncamped this nm i might be able to pos kite it but im not sure

you are not going to solo Byakko, no matter how hard you try, best I have heard was 8-11 people doing it. So I would suggest getting 10 very skilled friends to try and fight him.

Avesta soloed Genbu, very different NM fight. Can be soloed, can be gravitied doesnt have crazy double triple attacks.

I also would suggest sponsoring Xarc runs if AF hands is your goal, because truthfully I do not understand how you solo these NMs since they pop from vanguard eyes which are in grous of 3 and all link to one another. no matter what is pulled from the ledges. seems like a waste of 1mil a pop for an hour of death
