ok i was really pissed because i losted all my macros 3rd time... i play on three diferent comps><. and i like my macros to be the same so i tampered with some dat files realizing the in Playonline/FinalfantasyXI/User are dat files named mcr, mcr1, mcr2, mcr3, mcr4, mcr5, mcr6, mcr7, mcr8, and mcr9. i figured those were my macros^^ lucky guess. mcr is set#1 and mcr9 is set#10 so just add oneto the mcr to get your macro set#.

in the dat is some freaky stuff then ctrl1 first line-6th line, then tittle, then ctrl 2 1-6 line then name ect, till alt0 name.

ok so you can edit them all you want^^ it might be common sense or useless to some ppl but i love it!!! no more dc.... o know i just finished my macros!! *slaves over the marco king no more*

Also there is a macro editing program http://ffxi.chronochaos.com/ this can edit your macros from out side the game, its easy to use and also it lets you put in JP symbols.
