for some reason Argus doesnt show up in the NPC.exe list when Im at its camp... does anyone have its id?

two possibilities:

1 - youre in the wrong place
2 - it hasn't popped since the last maintenance

okay now it shows up but whenever I click start it says "Target out of Range"
