How do you use the WindowerHelper.dll?

There are a few things I want to try and test with FFXI...mostly focused on the /random command.
I know a bit of Java, and was wondering if it was even possible to work with the WindowerHelper.dll with Java. I think it would be, but i'm not 100% sure how the .dll works. First, how do you send input to WindowerHelper.dll? Do you send it as a string? "input /random"?. Do you send a char[] array, or maybe a byte[] array.
Or do I need to learn a bit of C++ to make this stuff work? I wanna rip some casinos off for a few mil.

its been a long time but i think its a its a char[] array. as far as i know, its not possible to interact with the dll through java. might have to learn a little c++, or vb6, or vb.net

The windowerhelper.dll comes with examples in a few languages , but I have no idea about java as I don't develop in java, however, if you can reference the dll in your java app then I don't see any reason why you would not be able to use it. check out some of the examples in the other languages. To answer your specific question about sending inputs, it is done with strings not byte arrays. hope this was helpful
