mamool ja assault, fastest way?

well i got my ilruss atoll armor, now i gotta work on the pants (mamool ja assualt) anyone gotten these recommend the easiest one to get the points on?
.The first one is probably best if I remember right. BLM BLM MNK or something like that should be good.
