NMAlert

I downloaded NMAlert, and I run Exhume and it put something like ExhumeHelper.dll in my folder. Then I run NMAlert and it's just a black command box...
I can't enter 0 or 1 or anything else and nothing works with it, it's simply a command box and nothing can be typed in it.
Any help?
