how can i get special access to post stuff on the cheats/exploits page? i have a really good exploit

it keeps saying only users with special access can post stuff on this page

Thats because you are trying to post in the confirmed section. Only mods or higher can post there or move topics there. If you have a exploit submit it and if it is good enough it will be moved to confirmed and you will be rewarded.
