hello i want to buy a new account cause my old was hacked. but i am only afraid if someone sells me his account on ebay or something and then he gets his account back from SE. i would be very angry. what can i do to save my account when i buy the account (from ebay for example)?

Probably nothing since RMT is against policy. Only way to prevent the above scenario is buy from someone who won't try to get it back
