have you checked PM's today? the messages are sitting in my Outbox, how do they actually get sent out?

I'll do those before I head to bed.

i need mine upgraded too. mine as well has the PM i sent to Admin sitting in my outbox not in sentbox... dunno if it sent or not considering thats where its sitting. am i doing something wrong?

Outbox just means I have not read it yet.

I've run into a similar problem. I have sent repeated pms, but perhaps I haven't done it correctly. I, too, have a pm in my outbox. Maybe today the issue can be resolved.

make sure u put something on subject line before u submit post to admin or it will not send. i did mine yesterday and account was upgraded in under an hour, soooo just make sure all is squared away on ur side before u blame it on an admin just trying to help is all, so make sure subject line it titled and u send all info needed for upgrade ie- username / password/ and product key .. hope this helps ya a lil bit if not sorry just trying to help your frustration
