How do you get Stable Version 3.0?

My XUnleashed client is still Beta 3.0. From what I have read I should get Stable 3.0 to eliminate the Error 32. My subscription is good untill April of 2005, I just renewed a couple of months ago. When I try to download Stable Version 3.0 I ge a message that says upgrade to Premium. I have tried 3 times to PM the Admin but I can't get the messages to send. They sit in my outbox. Is there anyway to get Stable Version 3.0 from a different download site? I have reg keys and such so why is the client under lock and key when it checks for proper registration each time you run?
