How do I get into the Xunleashed subscriber forum?

I have a subscritpion and yet it wont let me into the plugin forum

Pm Admin under this name with regkey and pass, and he will send you a new regkey and upgrade you to premium member.

Or more likely he wont even read it and u will be back here everyday for a month asking why you have not been upgraded.
Just join the very long queue of dissatisfied members who no longer have access to the plugins they pay for.

lol, wait time is at MOST one week.
However, admin said they all will be answered by the end of the 5th.
