here's a guide to getting the scythe schematic, is really easy should be able to do it with low combat level.

first go to mos entha and make a wp for 1390 3197, it's just to the right of the starport inide a long courtyard about 100m away from starport. then talk to the guy named Hedon Istee. then do all the quests he gives you, there's not too many only 5 maybe 6 max i cant remember exactly, after you finish them he gives you a treasure map, the treasure will end up in the krayt graveyard. once you get to the wp stored inside the treasure map you will first have to fight a group of pirates, you will possibly need a group of 2 for this depending on your cl. once those are defeated when you go to get the treasure a krayt dragon will spawn. if you are fast enough you might be able to quickly grab the schematic b4 he kills you, however even if it does kill you, you can still get the treasure, just be sure to make a wp of where it is b4 you clone so it is easy to find. when you come back the dragon should be far enough away for you to grab the schematic.
