How do you post screenshots?

I dont remember how to post screenshots. i have some where im wielding two lightsabers.

Well to get the picture just hit print screen. Then paste it in a word program. If you already have it then just redit the file so its not as large and just click on attach file and attach that one.

I meant on the website? Are we allowed to post screenshots on the website. If so then how.
