Looking for Gamepad/Joystick Profile

I have downloaded a couple, but cant seem to get em to work, before I even start the game... Anyway, I want to know if you guys know of any "Emulators" for gamepad/joysticks that will allow me to use them instead of the keyboard/mouse combo. Thanks.

That would be really hard because there are lots of differnet key combos and commands so I doubt you could usr a controller with it.

Actually the only hard part is the x & y axis. I had a couple of emulators for the joystick/gamepads, but they crashed on me too much, yet people of the site I went to gave great reviews....
