someone has stole my bro's account cant realy explain it but does anybody know how to steal accounts? i woult like to get my brothers back and try and avoid mine being stolin'

You have to call customer service and have the original credit card info used to activate the account. From what I understand, that's the only thing that will prove ownership of an account to SOE.

Yea give them a call and tell them EVERYTHING they will check it with thier records and you should be fine.

Also you can offer to fax them a copy of some photo ID.
