Jedi Experience Reallocation

Chapter 2 brings us the Expertise System for Jedi and Bounty Hunters. When you log in to the game, all Jedi will find that their Expertise Points have been auto-assigned.
All Jedi and Bounty Hunters can re-allocate their Expertise Points by visiting the Profession Counselor.
You can re-allocate your Expertise Points the first 5 times for FREE!
After that, the Profession Counselor will charge you a fee.
The "Profession Councilor" can be found in these locations right by the starports in these cities:
Tatooine in Mos Eisley
Coronet in Corellia
Theed in Naboo
