Mob tracking?

Any plans of working on an XU mob tracking plugin any time soon? Rangers get track so the info is passed down to the client. Any plans of doing something like this?
I wonder if the info is only passed to the client if you have the relavent skill...
If everyone gets it, I would be surprised.
