The regularly scheduled maintenance periods for Star Wars Galaxies occur on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 4am – 10am (Pacific Time). Please note that although these are the designated ‘downtimes’ (and players should not be surprised if they can’t access the servers), it is also possible that some maintenance periods may conclude prior to the end time or even extend beyond it. We will convey additional downtimes to the best of our ability but keep in mind that maintenance periods are always subject to change.

We are currently experiencing technical issues with our network that handles many SOE services. Right now we have no ETA, but engineers are working on resolving the problem as quickly as possible. You may experience timeouts or errors logging into any SOE game, message boards, or your account page.

This will be updated as we get more information.

Forums are down, but I was able to log into SWG just now however.
