Possible to get un-banned?

Is it possible to get un-permabanned somehow? like a keygen? lol

Buy a new account.
I would be good practice to have a second account anyway, if you are planning on exploiting. So you can still get access to most your stuff, keep all your cash and admin to your second account.
You can appeal the perma-ban. Though it depends how many times you've been suspended and how long its been since. Though I think most exploiters expect to lose an account now and then.
If you have been perma-banned then you must of done somehting pretty bad?

so is it possible to get un-banned or no? I was banned or suspended for one week...is there anyway to get it reduced or taken off completely.

No, you have been punished by the GMs for doing something against the EULA. Now you've been suspended.
What you need to keep in mind is that this is an online game, meaning that everything about your account is stored on their server. So no there's no little program or "key gen" to fix this issue as your account has been closed till the suspension is over.
The only way to try and get it short or to get unbanned is to email them yourself and plead for a reactivation, though this rarely helps.

If you are suspended for a week and you don't want to pay for another account use the free trial and try some other profession out or if you don't want to grind go to Test center and use the frog. Just some suggestions
I still have 4 accts banned from 2003, some advice though.

Get into a guild, get a guild hall, add ur ultra best friend who plays a lot into all ur structure admins.
If u get perma banned then with a new account u can still get access to your old items that are in ur structures when ur best friend gives ur new account the new access.
Additionally, if u get suspended and have a great guild of friends that can back you up by writing to the CSRs about u, then there's a good chance your suspension will only last 1 to 2 weeks.
I had about 200 friends on 1 server, some1 framed me, i got suspended then rallied my friends to speak up for me, and got un-suspended within 8 days.
but my perma banned accounts from 2003, have given up on those, i do keep trying to get on them tho...i just get the TIME out message when i try to log on them.
