Amazing rolls

Anyone know a way to get like 4+ amazing rolls in a row? is it only luck that helps?
ps. its for WS crafting, components etc,

Well, I like to know a way too, but I think it only depends on RL luck
(after Assembly, Exp, Luck in-game stat).

Does anyone knows if the experimentation rolls are calculated server-side or client-side?

Would be nice if it was client side! Capping a weapon every time you made one would be sweet.
